Required Deposits
A deposit is required for appointments that are not marked as FREE, however, our strict 48-hour cancellation policy is applicable for ALL appointments*
*CareCredit is not applicable for deposit payment. By booking online you agree to our strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours you will lose 50% of your deposit. For same-day last minute cancellation or NO-SHOW we retain 100% of your deposit. No show appointments will be unable to rebook without payment in full. If the credit card is declined or there is no credit card on file your appointment will be deleted by the booking system.
