*Must be paid for and commence no later than April 30th, 2024. Upon booking this appointment your credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit. Where applicable, taxes will be applied on the final invoice. No refunds will be given for any reason. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to a patient if they are determined to not be a candidate for the requested procedure and an alternative treatment may be recommended. Specials may not be used with Cherry or CareCredit. Specials may not be combined with any other purchases, packages, discounts, awards points, discount gift cards, or memberships.
- Weight Loss Program: You must send a copy of your Annual Physical (within the past 12 months) and Blood Work (CBC,CMP, TSH) to info@samaramedspa.com to receive approval prior to booking your intake appointment. You must be approved by Samara MedSpa prior to booking. Treatment must be paid for and commence by April 30th, 2024 and all weight loss packages purchased must be used before 12/31/2024 otherwise the package will revert to an unused credit.
- EndoTight: Consultation is required. Treatment must be completed by April 30th, 2024. After April 30th, 2024, treatment will revert to unused credit and special will not be honored.
- Booty Lift: Consultation is required. Treatment must be completed by April 30th, 2024. After April 30th, 2024, treatment will revert to unused credit and special will not be honored.
- TruSculpt iD: Treatment must commence by April 30th, 2024. If after April 30th, 2024, treatment has not started, the package will revert to unused credit and special will not be honored.
