Membership Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership, please give Samara MedSpa a one week written notice to Our billing department will confirm the cancellation with you. No other forms of cancellation will be considered.

All memberships require a 6 months commitment of recurrent automated charges before cancellation is eligible. The payment made for the treatment on the day you sign up is given at a discounted rate as a courtesy. Recurring membership charges begin on the 1st of the following month. If you cancel prior to your 4th recurrent automated charge, you will be billed for the difference in charges and no refunds will be given.

Memberships are nontransferable. Funds within your membership bank can only be used for services within that membership (example: Chemical Peel monies cannot be used towards Injectables). Though members can cancel at any time, all unused membership payments will be given as Samara Medspa credit upon membership cancellation. No refunds will be issued at any time.
