Where applicable, taxes will be applied on the final invoice. No refunds will be given for any reason. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to a patient if they are determined to not be a candidate for the requested procedure and an alternative treatment may be recommended. Specials may not be used with Cherry or CareCredit. Specials may not be combined with any other purchases, packages, discounts, awards points, discount gift cards, or memberships. No cash value.
No minimum or maximum purchase required. Purchased vials must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Any unused vials remaining after 6 months will convert to an account credit at the original purchase value; promotional pricing will no longer apply. Offer valid with all providers.
