Must be paid for no later than November 29th, 2024. Upon booking this appointment your credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit. Where applicable, taxes will be applied on the final invoice. No refunds will be given for any reason. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to a patient if they are determined to not be a candidate for the requested procedure and an alternative treatment may be recommended. Specials may not be used with Cherry or CareCredit. Specials may not be combined with any other purchases, packages, discounts, awards points, discount gift cards, or memberships.

All packages must be paid for and commence by November 29th, 2024, be fully completed within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months, remaining sessions in packages will revert to an unused credit and special pricing will not be honored. All single sessions must be paid for by November 29th, 2024, and completed by December 31st, 2024.
